By the end of this course, students will :
Foundations of Management
- assess the role of management within an organization;

Leading
- apply an understanding of human behaviour to explain how individuals and groups function in the workplace;

Management Challenges
- demonstrate an understanding of the communication process within the workplace;

Outline of Course Content
Students will look at the role of managers within organization, as well as demonstrate the techniques related to business management. Students will also look at issues related to ethical and social responsibility
